The Buyer's Guides have been part of the Asay Publishing Network of services for many years. Our sellers inform buyers about whom they are, what they do, where they are located and what products they sell and/or service. You can contact the seller's by telephone, e-mail, fax, or using the Request for Quote feature. Buyers can also look in the Yellow pages for specific products and services.

Request for Quote

The free Request for Quote (RFQ) is one of the most widely used features for buyers to contact sellers on our websites. You can use this feature to obtain quotes on products or services you need. It gives you the opportunity to provide the seller with the necessary information for him to contact you. A message box is available for you to ask a question, request information, request a quote or to place an order. When you press the submit button the request is sent directly to the seller.

Locator Listings (since 1987)

This method of listing equipment for sale was first used in print in the Locator Magazine in 1987. It was the original way for buyers to buy and it has been taken to the Internet and made easier. The Internet offers a more efficient way to find used, new, remanufactured, reconditioned, refurbished, closeout office machines and business equipment. It also features parts, and supplies (such as toner, toner cartridges, ink jet cartridges, etc...).

You can search the listings by category, by brand and by product. You can contact the seller by e-mail, fax or by phone. You can use one of Locator Magazines most popular feature by checking the e-mail box or boxes for the items that you are interested in or wish to order. This allows you to give the seller complete contact information. It also provides you with a space for messages, request for more information etc. Many sellers have additional inventory for sale. Your request is sent via e-mail when you hit the submit button on the bottom of the page.

If you have searched the Asay Publishing sites and are unable to locate products or services you are looking for, we will offer a free Classified Want to Buy for thirty days to first time buyers.

The Copier Network Buy and Sell Forums (for industry professionals only).

Sellers can post items for sale by categories. They do not pay a fee for these posts. Sometimes web links are provided, but most of the time you can contact the sellers by the e-mail address in the post.
